Can OPUS and FLAC codecs be added?

I believe both codec are not supported directly by the Android SDK. Adding them could be problematic because it will require adding library to support encoding, in addition to the fact that these are not commonly used for streaming.

Actually, as I tried to explain on my app listing, the lowest latency is achieved using wave but one need to make sure the latency on the player is set to 0. Default for VLC is like 3 seconds. This actually applies to any format used, the latency is most likely coming from the player's buffer.
