Add an option to disable Auto-Gain Control

Some Android devices introduce Auto-Gain Control (AGC) into the audio stream, which can lead to poor audio quality. Including an option to disable this would lead to cleaner audio in certain situations.

Auto-Gain Control will be enabled by default in Version 2.0 of LANmic if API is available on the device. Will try add an option to disable but it may not work as others have pointed out.

Stream via Mobile Hotspot

I don't know if this is possible, but I would like to use the network of the phone for the stream. So that I can connect to the Mobile hotspot network and then access the stream. That way I don't need a router.

I am looking for a way to stream a speaker to the audience's phones.

Would this do something like that? You said it would share to bubbleupnp. Does that mean the clients would only need to open bubbleupnp and they would hear the stream?

Antivirus software reported it isba malware. y ???

After i installed it, avg antivirus told it is malware. Told me to remove it. Any idea?

If you read the actual report on AVG, it says "No potential malware has been detected for this Android app for the last 7 days. However, active adware was detected." Looks like AVG think the ad network's library we are using as adware, there is not much we can do for now. Such false alarm is pretty common in the so call antivirus app in Android that picks up things that aren't of any real threat.

The offending ads library is removed in the Version 2.0 of LANmic.
